My number was no. 2 ( to choose for booking ), but Superlink at RM 1.37 mil, 24x80, even build up is at 3800, still exp to me.

Citrina is at RM 1.522 mil, semi D, 45x85, easy to compare......

the cost estimation of a typical 3.84kWp system is RM47k. at the current FiT tariff (which is the highest since inception), 1kWh of electricity could be sold to TNB at RM1.49 and this tariff will reduce from year to year. once you have signed the contract with TNB say in year 2012, you will lock in the tariff of RM1.49 for the next 21 years. if you are signing the contract next year, the tariff will drop to RM1.3708 per unit. a very conservative calculation on breakeven point will take 8 years (in most cases it could be sooner than that). i think now you could do your own calculation on the rate of ROI.
