The above statistic taken from The Edge Kota Kemuning house price, Kota Kemuning is a good benchmark due to its closed vicinity and some imigrants from KK migrate to AI. The Semi D price is around RM518psf.

Assuming Alam Impian's price in 2015 can match Kota Kemuning price in 2012, then the fair price for Citrina will be 3700sqft x RM518 = RM1,916,600 around RM1.9mil, in 2015.

Good advice. The graph also showing Semi D, in general, has higher appreciation rate, probably due to the limited supply.
The chart for semi dee price is steeper, which is self-explanatory. Open for discussion though.

i was told there will be 2 meters in the hse, 1 is our electric usage, 1 is the generated electric that sell to TNB.
we cant use what the solar generated, to offset our usage right?

8 years to breakeven...Emn...more suitable for own stayers, even those opt for own stay, will u be sure that u will live in the same place for > 8 years?
