Hi Folks,
I have shortlisted for either to use Unifi (salesman dont call me, i have relative to install for me. Tq) or Yes for internet access. But i still like to keep my Astro service.

Question is, how reliable is Yes? I heard unifi sometimes cannot connect to the internet for a long period.
And price wise, which is more worth it for internet access?

By the way, my usage of internet is very little. (never download a movie before)

After TTDI fix the car porch roof crack, there will be still new cracks exist. My contractor explained to me that rain water will still cause new cracks.

Therefore, i got my contractor to solve this problem by water-proofing the roof and extend roof at the exposed area.

Im actually using Yes and maintain my Astro package.

How come no one pick up the rubbish? It's been 5 days my rubbish is fully pilled up.

Still better send our kids to established school.
We don't know if their principal and teacher are experienced.
I dare not to send my kids to new school as 'white mice' cuz I have been one.

Lets just set a date and a venue.
Better to be at 9pm weekdays.
Cuz mostly weekend many will travel.

How's Venven's progress?

My brother just cut his finger at the children playground recently.

There's a contact on the booklet that Naza will give you upon keys handling session.
You may contact that company for their drawings with accurate measurement.
But I heard we need to pay that company in order to get the drawings.

Maybe depends on the time of usage. My YES also will always disconnected especially before 10am morning. So every morning will rather use my iphone to connect to internet. Planning to make a complain but I don't know where to go.

Agreed to form RA that combines all TTDI AI, because we need more voices for now.
And we must unite.
Until there is more members and a system is formed, then we can re-group into smaller RA.

Their sampah also no need to collect if no sticker in front of the house.

Also visitor car are not allowed to enter if the house they wan to visit never pay.

I bet bendahari will be busy everyday to update the list & secetary will be busy do the sticker.
Thus, Payment wise, quarterly is more managable.

I may suggest a special AJK for main matters in this RA.
Like AJK of security, AJK of cleanliness, AJK of lanscaping etc

The toilet flush seems expensive (maybe use less water to flush) and i totally agree that almost all area in the house have natural light due to lots of big window except kitchen area is very dark especially when the kitchen door is close. Anyhow, love staying in spira. Lovely neighbourhood here.
