For all your info, Spira is now having at least 70+ houses occupied according to my one by one counting 2 months ago..
I will move in by early next year if everything is smooth, i will join the RA once i move in.. Sem, do u wanna be our president? |

McCafe is going to open in McD kota kemuning soon and Starbucks Drive Thru is going to open next to McD by next year. I think KK property price will go up and up due to limited lands and limited subsale units, hope it will bring up the price of AI as well..
