what..how dare you talk about the sager np9150 in a g series notebook thread? where is sager service center? the np9150 is powerful,very powerful and with the gtx675m...wow.

two bad things about the sager is that the price is rm5199..and the looks  very disappointing..looks like a business  ibm laptop and doesn't resemblance a gaming laptop like the g55 does..looks is very bad and if im not mistaken, you once posted here that you r not a fan of ibm-looked laptop....what happen to you?

yeah g55 looks sleek for a gaming laptop, however i think most of the time you will be opening the laptop instead of admiring it. to me performance is most important and 2ndly the heat issue which i cant stand. Imagine if i have the money, AMD 7970

no cukai on electronics? u crazy? there is tax for any import materials no matter what the stuff. shipping fee is included as well, i think the reason it is cheaper because Asus or any brand taiwan brand(msi, lenovo, sager, acer just to name a few) owned by Taiwan companies which is much nearer to malaysia compare to us, and their manufacturer plants are usually located in china which is even nearer if it's located at south (near hongkong). just my 2 cent
@girugara86 since already delay so long might as well wait for other laptop? maybe wait for lenovo y580 review? from youtube it has very good review. the graphic is excellent lol.

One of the reviews mentioned that the Lenovo Y580 would be available in June. That would be about the same time as the 2nd batch of the Asus G55VW.
I just talked to Gadgetzone Andrew & he too doesn't know when the 2nd batch will be in but will email me as soon as they are. I'll update here as soon as he confirms the date.

Ya, true story, Asus got bad technical support, last time i called to asked about the blocked vent on G55, the guy keep repeating same sentence 'Actually it is hard for me to imagine how the G55's vents looks like because we got no G55 with us to check' . :/

to a good new and bad new is G55vw-s1095 malaysia is coming for 2nd batch on 2nd week of june and the stock only available reach to malaysia is around 80u due to shortage of part of intel..... regarding on processor... so wont be too much stock in malaysia..... thanks..

80u= which mean 80unit is coming all east/west malaysia for G55vw-s1095...

but i can share all new to you guys... coming with same spec and configuration but model code will be change.... no more call s1095.... haha

by the way i will get more than 30% of this stock around 30unit bring in from asus.... the rest 50unit dunno will go where!!

i just research about it, only different in 12GB ram vs 8GB ram, 2 year vs 1 year global warranty  and RS71 price cheaper only, all spec still same

if u read itking's post, 80 units, he will get 30units.. so only left 50units to share.. how many our seller can get? aiks.. hopefully he can get 2 first at least.. hahahaha 

reason for the model code change is because the new model has free rog mouse and rog backpack, while the s1095v has the normal asus backpack..thats all, the laptop is same

yes, you have a point there..but you also safe money for not need to buy another mouse and bag but still, both g55 are the same, no matter what model

ok..it is confirmed that the rog bag and gaming mouse comes with the new model of asus g55vw, unlike the s1095v..but the laptop is exactly the same,..but, new model coming in mid june..AND 80 UNITS ONLY??!! WTF
