gaming or idle?
if idle i think is a bit too hot

gaming motherboard temp is max at 81oC
normal idle is about 50-60
normally it fluctuate at 55oC

hi guy, i have a problem rcently
when i play game for about 5 mins
my screen will suddenly go black
but i can still heard the background music
then i have to close my laptop lid n open again n the screen come back
is it the same symptoms as describe by some member b4?

the weird thing is it only happen during game
when it is normal usage like web surfing, PS, video and etc in windows, it is fine
so far i only tested arkham asylum and NFS the run
but previously they worked all fine
i can even play them for all day long without any issue

previously was on 285, then when i encounter this problem i update to 295
still same

so any fix to this bug?
is update to the latest driver solve the issue?

just found the source of my problem
when my screen goes black during game, i accidentally press on the right side of the touchpad (between the touchpad and spec sticker), n the screen come back again
but when i remove the finger, the screen goes off
then i suspect is the magnetizer problem
i place a small magnet on the right side of touch pad, the screen back again
but my question is, why does this only occur in gaming?
is there sth faulty below the touchpad there?
anyone who open the case b4 can tell me what is hidden belowe the right side of touch pad (between the touch pad and specification sticker there)

the most probable thing i guess is the magnetic sensor

dunno why the problem resurfaced again
this time i use magnet method is useless to bring the lcd to life
i found that this time when i press the left side or the right side of touch pad (between the spec sticker for right, and between the nvidia sticker for left), i can bring the lcd back
i wonder what is the real problem
coz base on the previous pic, seem like nth is there
should i bring in for RMA?

juz finish RMA my g53
they changed motherboard, cable and vga card
their service quite fast, took 4 days to check and change the parts for me
but i really fed up with penang SC reception, very slow in handling thing
took me 30 mins to get a laptop really =.=
