The game music was composed by talented composer, Yatsunori Mitsuda, he's a veteran composer who also composed for many games series such as Chrono Cross, Shadow Hearts, Xenoblade, many more. Lot of his work been played at many games orchestra concert. Expecting great OST from Lime Odyssey too.
HACCAN was illustrator for this game, he work behind many Novel's cover such as Bloodlink, Games such as Final Fantasy Gaiden. He also mangaka, most of his work can be found at various artist manga such as Robot: Super Color Comic.

Players will able to own a house and farm too, In this game, you wont online just to grind-kill and race to level up. But there's so much more things to do. You can expect this game gonna have a huge database from monters, maps, skills, and items.

Lime Odyssey is a very solid game so far, nothing short of expected from the same minds responsible for the best Korean online game of all time "Ragnarok", and for our version being in such a unpolished state, it sometimes feels like it isn't, which only makes me that much more excited.

Questing: So far the amount of quests that the game gives you is unreal, in a good way; you will never find yourself grinding simply for Experience, unless of course you truly want to, although a lot of gamers may not be used to the unusual high amount of quests in Lime Odyssey, but what is important to know is that questing in this game is very mitigated, you do not level fast in this game, it is not necessarily slow either, it is just very paced, and it makes for a richer feeling for accomplishment when you actually do gain a level.

Battle class / Life class: What SIRIUS has done pertaining to the Life class is nothing more then brilliant, and it plays such a large role verse other crafting systems in other games, as a matter of fact your life class is just as important, if not more important; then your battle class. SIRIUS decided that making your life class the more vital role given that it has a Stats system, and putting the battle class more as on after-thought, just works so well, and it's different; meaning you will not have that "I've-done-this-before" feeling, at least i haven't, and I've played a lot of MMORPG's.

Combat: Combat at this point is about as fluid and tight as you would expect in a Alpha test, it still needs more work but when not experiencing any of it's alpha bugs, it works very fluidly and combat skills have some of the best reaction times I've seen in awhile, although this will probably be tweaked and optimized over time, but so far there are very little problems with skill latency.

PvE Difficulty curve: okay so this is definitely the hot topic right now surrounding the Alpha test, the difficulty with PvE is sort of high, and from my research and actually playing the Korean Open beta, it's mostly deliberate. When a player starts out they will not see the difficulty right away, but around level 8 it starts to shows it's ugly face, and to someone like me, it's not a bad thing, i actually love the difficulty against monsters, it keeps you on your toes and it makes you think more about how to approach combat and Farming for materials.

What makes the difficulty work so well is that it really makes the player think about their Life class more, and the player finds themselves using their crafting profession they chose to keep themselves geared and ready.

But there are so many varying factors that supplement the combat difficulty, like Pet's for example; every player at level 20 will get a quest that will give them their very first pet that will give that player a stat buff while the pet is active. rumor has it eventually when the feature is implemented; pet's you obtain through-out the game will level with you; increasing the stat buff and will actually fight will you.

if u want to find bugs and be the 2nd wave who try out the game, u can apply for alpha test at official website.

There is no 2nd Alpha Test, the game will go straight to Closed Beta.

The closed beta is speculated to start on 26 Dec 2011.

this game is shutting down this end of month for indefinitely..
reason from dev is that there are lots of bugs that still cant be solve..
the studio kinda lost interest in the dev because of the cost

You might have heard news today from TokTok Plus, the Korean Publisher of Lime Odyssey, that the game will be shutting down in Korea. While this is an unfortunate situation, this has NO direct impact on our version of Lime Odyssey. Sirius, the developer of Lime Odyssey, is still going strong and will continue to provide their full support for the long haul.

well Iris Online, the MMO that i played, half year after the K ver shut down, the games still received 2 major update with new maps, new mobs and boss, new features.
so i guess, just like GM Anex said, Lime Odyssey also will keep going for other version, and receive its update, and probably K ver of LO will be re-opening when the DEV able to solve the bugs.
i also heard for other version, some features has been removed, such as combo. because of the bugs. but i forgot where the source i read that. so the other version will be not full featured, but will less bugs until they solved the bugs.

2nd alpha end. cant wait for cbt..

played thai server for awhile, the game nice, got a strong RPG elements. but the quest just typical as any MMO. but still this game promise a great fun.
since im the fan of mitsuda, the music score was awesome too. love this 1
