I've been using a ch60 for more than a year now. If my wife and I take a shower upstairs and then our maid takes a shower at the same time downstairs. 20 mins later the hot water starts to be less hot but still can use lah. Our showers have rain shower heads so the water flow rate is very high. But if you wait maybe 10-20 mins between each person you won't really run out of hot water.

It's super easy to install - I installed it myself. It's reliable and I'm very satisfied with the power consumption. When my old one finally spoils or the size of my family gets bigger, I will definately replace it with a bigger unit.
