Hi everyone I'm glad that I finally decided to join the bodybuilder bandwagon. I hope that for the last time I won't be a quitter to something that matter the most to me. Thus this log is created. criticisms, comments and opinions are most welcome! Improvisation is my personal motto.

I know I'm new to this, been following the stickies to gain knowledge of the bodybuilding how-about. At the end to avoid paralysis by analysis I decided to follow Darklight's beginner's routine with my own understanding of the stickies. Therefore misunderstanding of the stickies is highly possible. comments are very much appreciated.

My workout routine are listed below:

Warm-up: stretching
Treadmill 10-mins

Workout: Monday (A)
- squat 3x6 (23kg each side)
- bench press 3x6 (23kg each side)
- deadlift 3x5 (11.5kg each side)
- dips 3x6 (usually exhausted when I'm on this)

Tuesday (B)
- squat 3x6 (23kg each side)
- standing military press 3x6 (40kg 45kg 50kg)
- pendlay rows 3x5 (11.5kg each side)
- chinups 3x6 (hammer grip)

Friday
- workout routine (A)

Sat&sunday rest day

Daily accessory workout
- sit ups 3x8
- hyperextensions 3x10

I know the drill Will upload some progression pic

I might be wrong, but i think squat for two days in a row might not be best for you. Squad should only be done during leg days.

Ignore Mihawk7, continue with what you are doing. Make sure you get enough rest after every workout with a good nutritional plan and you will be fine.

That being said, you're a beginner, stick to this for 3 - 4 months or for as long as you give you gains . If you hit the poundages right and the nutrition right, you will get a good amount of gains.Follow the program to the T and you will be just fine.

been doing the same routine for 1 month already, and this is the outcome.
-So i guess im on the right track ?
-there is no direct arms workout in my routine is it ok to add some arms workout ?
-my physique not proportionate e.g. right arm alot more larger than the left, what should i do about it ?
focus fire on the left arm, and ignore right arm is what i got in mind, so is that right?
-3x6 too little for me ?
