Hi guys, any recommendations on some good books that you have read on this topic? I recently read Rippetoe's Starting Strength and Practical Programming for Strength Training, which really opened my eyes. Been training for over a year but never really thought about the theory behind it.

Any other good books?

This goes against everything the forumers in here preach, but i think it makes a lot of sense.

Edit: Sorry i didn't read your title properly. Have you been to t-nation ? They have quite a lot of informative articles there, if you can look past their endless advertising.

Good book! Yeah i'm a regular lurker on T-nation, but reading them articles are like snacks, and after you finish em you have to wait till the next day. sad.gif Besides, the atomic dog articles seem to have stopped. Anyone know what happened to TC?
