Every unit comes with plaster ceiling, kitchen hood, hob, oven, washer dryer, water heaters, airconds.
Less than 1000sf - single carpark.
No foreign banks la as far as I know...most of them don't do dibs d I guess.

can someone please speak to their SA is the Monorail confirmed?
