If they wanna manipulate , you and I will never know la.
Monorail, not MRT.
Supposedly run from KL sentral through eco city and 9 seputeh to tmn desa. Rumor said it might run til subway but I'm sceptical with its speed.

You can write in to ask your name to be removed.
If you still receive after that, you can lodge a complain at www.pdp.gov.my

But no idea about enforcement. This is malaysia after all.

MRCB to expand 9 Seputeh development via RM6.9m land acquisition

KUALA LUMPUR (April 28): Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) has proposed the acquisition of two tracts of land for RM6.9 million to be integrated with its ongoing 9 Seputeh development.

The group said the two pieces of land, measuring 9.665 sq ft and 10,576 sq ft, will be acquired by its wholly-owned unit Gapurna Land Sdn Bhd from Kejora Kinta Sdn Bhd.

"The subject properties shall be integrated with the 9 Seputeh development and is expected to enhance the project's residential components whilst improving its accessibility.

"It is conveniently surrounded by nearby amenities including Mid Valley, Pearl Point Shopping Mall and Pantai Hospital," said MRCB in a statement today.

It added that the integration of the new land will create an additional 80,964 sq ft of gross floor area for the development, contributing an additional RM46.8 million to the project's total gross development value of RM2.5 billion.

"This will be done via transferring plot ratio to the 9 Seputeh schemes by increasing net sellable area to maximise the floor area. The proposed acquisition will also create additional access to the 9 Seputeh development," it said.

MRCB said the acquisition will be funded via either internally generated funds, borrowings, issuance of equity or debt, or a combination of the options. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2016.

MRCB shares rose one sen or 0.83% to RM1.21, giving a market capitalisation of RM2.28 billion.
