Another cheap unit sold in the lelong market today.
Bumi lot unit. 1238sqft sold at 476k. Reserve price started at 472.5k. This owner got a unit at Verve Suite and DSara Sentral also. All gone in the lelong market currently.  |

Notice the selling price here is falling fast. Expect this to be below 500psf in no time for non auction units.

This Nicole sure know someone who is very rich can buy 10 units.
With the S&P price of close to 1,188 psf there is like a 300psf 注水, what happened why S&P price so much higher than a reasonable 900psf price  |
