The odd leasehold property among others freehold along OKR. And launch at overpriced pricing. Many blocks, many units. All criteria leading to units entering lelong market. |

Another cheap unit sold in the lelong market today.
Bumi lot unit. 1238sqft sold at 476k. Reserve price started at 472.5k. This owner got a unit at Verve Suite and DSara Sentral also. All gone in the lelong market currently.  |
