if I were to post a letter through poslaju from ipoh to selangor..what time is the latest i should sent it to post office to make sure my letter is received on the next day?

Can i request to pick up the parcel at a different location of pos office? Reason becuz my parcel collection location currently is not convenient for me to pick up and im always on the move
