I've searched in this topic but nobody talked about this before. Did you notice the GST charge (6%) is not actually 6% but more? For example for a package weighting less than 500 grams, the calculation on my copy of consignment note:

0.126 KG: RM 4.50
GST (6%): RM 0.34
SBA & SP: RM 1.13

If according to the website, fuel surcharge and handling surcharge would be 15% + 10% = 25% so the last calculation is correct 25% x 4.50 = 1.125. But 6% x 4.50 is 0.27, not 0.34? That is 7.5%! We are paying much more than we should.
