Can I actually send an item to one nearest post office via poslaju, then I go to the post office to retrieve? Since I got nobody at home to receive the parcel.
*
I know can send to nearest poslaju. Not sure about post office.

Hello. wanted to ask if my customer staying on a private land with no address, can i send the parcel to the respective post office and he do the pickup himself?

thanks.
*
Yes, just write your consignee adress as nearest poslaju centre. Must be poslaju center, not post office.

Hi all! First time posting a poslaju parcel here!

Just wanna ask. I used a box to pack my item. Do I need to write the address on top?

According to poslaju website "Recipient's name and complete address must be clearly written on the parcel."
But if I take a flyer and wrap it, then the address isn't visible anymore.

Please help! (I'll be sending lots of parcels in the future so if possible I don't want to write the address on every box.

Thanks!

You only need to bring the address on the consignment note.

hi may i know how much for a 4kg parcel by using post laju within peninsular M'sia?? i was checking the rate through the post laju web , http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/fast_mail_rate.asp  , what actually different from Parcel and Postlaju category ?
*
Parcel is normal mail. Poslaju is express service. For poslaju, you need to add in surcharge and sales tax to get the actual amount.

Hi guys..

I sent parcel to France and the parcel got lost. Already submit the claiming form today. Poslaju said the process will take around 2 to 3 weeks and it depends. So anything they will inform me by Letter.

Anybody got experience item lost before? and how long u get your clam? and how they refund u?
*
They will pay you by cheque. Their maximum liability is RM300, they will pay you based on their assessed value of the parcel. It really depends on your luck, no guarantee. But there are successful claim case.

Is it wise to truthfully fill in the value of an expensive product that I wish to send? EG-if i were to courier a Macbook Pro for example, and in the description they ask for the value of the item. Is it wise to truthfully fill it in with its RM6K value? Or should i just cross out the section to prevent them delivery boys from stealing it?
*
my advise is to declare and buy insurance and use reputable courier.
