Hi, I want to sent a notebook to my friend in Sabah, but he work in hospital, so I need to send the item to the mailbox in hospital, something like

In this case, if using Pos laju, how the recipient is going to sign the the item? Is it better to use Pos Express? In my case what is the different between these two service? Thanks!
