i have a question here..
currently,i rent a shop house where i live in 2nd floor of Block C..
my friend will shipping something to me using PosLaju..
and will give me tracking code later..

i just worried later my landlord's son received the shipping things and didn't give it to me,cuz it seems he is a bit naughty and didn't get my trust.

i live in KL..and i don't have a problem to go to Pusat PosLaju (near KL Central)..
can i know,what should i do to pickup it by on my own?
do i need to call them to inform? is there any period time?
do i need something for identification?
