waited the whole day with my condo front door open, no one came, no one called, no slip of paper
suddenly dare say addressee not available
had one experience where i was not home with DHL, courier called me, i didn't answer. put slip of paper, then i make request re-deliver again, the next day courier called me if i am at home, then done finish no problemo
that is a good service, this? this is annoying, blaming the recipient not being home when i was at home the whole day just to wait for the courier to come

Won't be using poslaju again anytime soon, had a really good service with dhl instead, i wasn't home, they called me, i didn't amswer, they put the notice in front of my condo, the next day after i requested a second delivery, the courier called me before going to my place to confirm that i'm at home, that's what a good service is all about
Really annoyed by this, didn't even call me even though i put my number there for the sole purpose of avoiding this kind of problem

does poslaju deliver during public holiday?
because today (6 June 2015) is a public holiday, and yet they still deliver
usually this will be a positive feedback, but for me because I thought they won't deliver it, I didn't wait for the courier and slept until 1pm
turns out they deliver at 10.42 am, and now I have to get it from the poslaju office
but they didn't call me either
it's a bit annoying when they say they don't deliver during public holiday, and yet they did
at least give me a call to tell me they are delivering my item

and also the poslaju website was down the whole day

come up whenever I try to open the website to track my item

the customer service also always busy
