I have something to ask...

I have two items sent by seller to one address, the address to a shop. Twice the courier tried to deliver, also didn't deliver to my shop, tracking status keep saying addressee not present. But My dad from morning till night at the shop, also no Poslaju courier come to deliver...

What's more funny is that the post office is just opposite of my shop, but the courier still failed to deliver to my shop le---

Is there a rule stating cannot deliver to shop addresses???

Okay. I've lodged a complaint but i doubt it's gonna be heard... Now the tracking is showing the items are being delivered AGAIN for the 3rd time. I guess the courier did not deliver at all on the 1st and 2nd attempts.

This kind of service is truly disappointing as this is my first time using PosLaju, and I've heard good things about them in the past.

I hope the items are delivered in gopd shape, otherwise need to complain again. Very time-consuming. Sighs...

Item received today. Nothing broken. Though I already emailed a complaint this morning.

So, I guess the Poslaju guy couldn't find my place or something like that?

Just glad to get my hands on the packages... Worried the hell out of me.
