Anyone has experience trying to simplify the process of filling in customer's address on poslaju forms?

I thought of using dymo thermal printer but the poslaju staff told me that merely sticking a paper on the first page of the form is not enough because there would be no record on the carbon copy.

I also thought of just putting the form in the dymo labelwriter 4XL and then printing the address straight onto the form but i am not so sure if it would work due to the text position on the form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
