Hi.
I lived in a shop apartment. You know where it's quiet and the mail box downstairs are a mess. Mail boxes are side by side with other tenants. Letters which are not ours are in it etc. If Pos Laju mail man came to deliver a parcel and we're not home or nobody is home. How? What will the mail men do? The building management office is downstairs though. Will the mail man deliver it there instead? |

Hi.
Normally when we fill in the Pos Laju form, name and address of both sender and recipient correct? Sender's address are important ONLY for returnable purposes correct? Sender has been sending items to the same recipient multiple times before. Sender - Pandan Indah (Home) Recipient - Ampang (Home) QUOTE 1. Can the SENDER fill in only the SENDER's name, phone number and email and empty ADDRESS? Or 2. Can the SENDER use a different address, let say office address this time? Evening.
I sent a parcel from Pandan Indah to Kosas. 3kg@RM13. I checked the tracking;  'Unable to deliver....' What happens now? Difficult for my parents to went to post office to pick it up. Pos laju took over Pos ekpres now.
No more 'Dijamin sampai esok' Only can send documents. I tried to send arc mouse, returned to sender. Was ok prior. |
