item to be collected at counter delivery.. mean you need to go to poslaju branch to collect it.
i think you need to call poslaju ask them to deliver to you.

anyone have experience claiming refund from poslaju for item lost or broke during poslaju handling?
i wonder, if the poslaju slip not completely fill especially section 4,5 and 6 will i able to claim refund?
