Hey guys today i waited whole day for PL and they didnt come. But at tracking they say they came, Unable to deliver the item due to Addressee not around at time of delivery Now want to ask tmw i want to go & collect it myself what time should i call them to tell them not to give it to postman??? 2. When i go collect it there what do i need to bring & who do i see???

Guys where is the best place for me to make a complain that pos lagu will notice it besides email? Today my first time I needed to use a courier service so I was unsure how to do things and the staff was unhelpful and raise voice at me.
Seriously wtf service is this? I went to post office but I needed to search info about postal service from the internet at the end bcs of shit staff there didn't want to help...
