CKK... this one is for left and right.... not hi-lo....

Turning this too much will make your beams go cock eye and have dark center.... i turned this before i realised this was NOT the high low screw....
*
Just use the yellow nut

for some reason, our headlights can adjust with many methods. screw, yellow nut and this nut as well.

Bro pip, another thing to add for 1st page, which is find quite important,

it is the aircond issue, it'll auto allow recirculation.

CUSTOMISE FUNCTION
Depending on the user’s preference, the following functions can be selected. The programmed information is held even when the battery is disconnected.
•Automatic control for inside/outside air selection
Press and hold (approximately for 10 seconds) the inside/outside air selection switch to cancel the automatic control for inside/outside air selection.
•A/C automatic control
Press and hold (approximately for 10 seconds) the A/C switch to cancel the A/C automatic control

my honest advise, ignore mine and follow bro XC and poadster's method. easier and more straight forward.

and another thing, let the professionals(XC) to do it. not worth screwing it up and lose rm1.6k

afternoon guys..class ended early today, nothing to do then went to EON Kota Bharu to see the manager to see if he ordered the right parts or not.

Proton sent a circular regarding the issue and now most SC should know about it.

Those with problems, can go find proton edar or eon already.

Bump stopper

front MN502436
back MN502437

he even showed me the photo and diagram, but cant take photo, he says it is company info, cant share it

the problem is with the bump stopper(layman term = dust cover) is too small, then it'll hit the mounting when go over bumps. the newer ones are larger.

QUOTE(8431 @ Dec 1 2011, 04:21 PM)
guys need your opinion, as usual when check car that time i only noticed some paint chip/defect for the rear bumper but only visible if u open the rearboot... so i happily signed it.

this morning while opening engine hood, i saw some saint paint chip on the front bumper as well near the hood gap and front bonnet gap... question is should i just leave it as it is just plastic and some minor eye annoyance haha... or bring back to the reseller and ask them to fix for me? coz to fix it i think they need to take out the whole bumper to cement/plaster and respray, which should be done by their source of repair shop, and might face some results where if they made some mistake to put it back, loose whatsover hahah.. stress!

so far my car i din notice got any kluk or ngek sound, am quite sastified with the ride, albeit the minor defects i mentioned as per above... opinions?

lol

if it is not too big, just leave it.

unless u r driving in a glass box everyday, paint chips will eventually happen

mind to share the best and worst fuel consumption that you guys have so far?
*
best 16.6km/l - ipoh to kb

worst 7km/l - kb town 100%

bear in mind, i drive max 110km/h and i dont tekan much. it goes to show that road conditions is the most important factor. in town, where every 10-15 metres will be a bump and heavy traffic, even honda city idsi can only get 9km/l.

if mixed driving, easily 10-11km/l, which is comparable to most C-segment cars. click my fuelly to check, i think 52 fuel ups can give u a rough picture. smile.gif

aiyo sleepy la.. y got fog inside the headlamp? cannot tukar ar? then how to rectify it.. tolong tolong
*
then u'll have to change headlamps every few weeks.

let me guess, just now u drove in the rain?

imagine ur headlamps as a cup..

what happens when cold water is left in the warm room?

condensation isnt it?

when hot air in the headlamp comes in contact with the cold headlamp cover, it'll form water droplets. this will clear up in a short while when the cover heats up.

no headlamps in the world is air tight or vacum or u'll have to change ur headlamps everytime u open it to change ur bulb.

as long as it disappears after awhile, it is normal.

I only notice a lot of dust on the headlamp... didnt really notice any vapour...
*
cuz u didnt notice it.

it'll mostly happen when it is raining and u on ur headlamps. we dont stare at our headlamps in the rain, dont we?
