Yup.
Buy subsale better. Block C is not a good buy. (From 540K - 770K) With tht price subsale in block A , E , F can get a well renovated unit. my fren r also going to sell his 1094sf Fully furnished unit in MSQ. if buy block C, i rather buy my fren's unit well renovated & fully furnished. |
