Still have very limited units available or maybe "director units" still not released yet. Units now are asking RM1300psf AFTER 20% discounts.
But GDP's design turns out to be really really nice, especially the contrast of copper and the grey bricks framing the irregular blocks is working really well. However, for that pricing, TTDI Greens would have been much better, but it will involve a larger cash outlay, whereas for Ascencia you literally pay only RM5000 booking fee to own a unit - and you get a lot of "cash rebate" upon move in due to the discount.
Let's not compare Glomac Damansara, the access into the condo is so narrow, and the place looks so generic. It reminds me of TTDI plaza.
