I remember 2 years back when this project was nearing completion, I went to its sales gallery to take a look at it. By then, almost all of the units are sold out, save for a handful 2 or 3 floors above the facilities and 1 or 2 scattered units on the higher floor. By then the developer was already promoting TTDI Segaris.
Thought that expats, or wealthier tenants, would rent there, given how close it is to the MRT entrance. And those who bought for own-stay might be those who take the public transport, unless they don't?
