Still have very limited units available or maybe "director units" still not released yet. Units now are asking RM1300psf AFTER 20% discounts.

But GDP's design turns out to be really really nice, especially the contrast of copper and the grey bricks framing the irregular blocks is working really well. However, for that pricing, TTDI Greens would have been much better, but it will involve a larger cash outlay, whereas for Ascencia you literally pay only RM5000 booking fee to own a unit - and you get a lot of "cash rebate" upon move in due to the discount.

Let's not compare Glomac Damansara, the access into the condo is so narrow, and the place looks so generic. It reminds me of TTDI plaza.

Gonna VP in 3 months time but still got 10++ units unsold for a 180 units project is considered not bad? 😆😆😆

you actually meant 1X+ units out of 180 units? like under 20?

if these 20 inclusive of bumi or after released of bumi units.....its not bad at all.

Now average price is 1300~1400psf!

Some even asking 1500psf!!

~40%-50% jump from launch. Quite impressive I think.

Transacted price or asking price?

This one not sure, but how come asking price so high one, maybe due to MRT I guess?

My deduction is that ppl that buy 1000psf and over condo do have holding power ..hence can ask for the sky but will meet on earth.....if necessary....

Honestly mrt has little impact and advantage om most occupants....

The volume of expatriates from developed countries is really not high enough to fill in the number of high end MRT properties in KL.

Maybe Malaysians who worked abroad and are used to taking public transportation would also find these properties to be an attractive place to rent.

not all Malaysians that posted overseas are using public transportation on a daily basis.

if in Singapore....maybe.... devil.gif
