According to ex-colleague, Big 4 accounting firm Deloitte is relocating from D.Uptown to Menara LGB opposite TTDI Ascencia.

Alot of double storey terrace in D Utama are renting to fresh accountant grads. Auditors are expected to travel to client's place. Clients are expected to visit tax office.

The gross was about RM1,400 psf the last time I checked 2 years ago.
