3rd, go into the new 5 man dungeons with guildies and wipe and laugh like a noob with WTF as background sound effect through vent all night long...

Nerf my fury war titan grip = checked
Nerf my druid wildgrowth = checked
Nerf my shaman wind shear = checked

Buff the already TOP dps hunter and mage classes = check and rechecked.

Apart from rerolling, i don't understand what the fuss is with transmog...

in patch 4.2, top dps hunter are mm spec, mage is arcane spec

in patch 4.3, they buff bm, sv hunter and fire mage which they did low dps in 4.2.

after buffed result, fire mage > arcane, MM hunter > sv, bm hunter ( mean no change for hunter if u stay in mm) =/

probably re-sub. but im still waiting until i can find a malaysian guild to raid with

updated, logged in and tried the new dungeon

1st attempt: laggy TMNut made 2.10 sec cast time holy light a 5 second cast spell, and it's a confirm wipe-athon (until i was kicked)

*interlude: cursing, swearing and defaming TMNut while resetting modem*

2nd attempt: much better latency and managed to spent points for new chest and pants. i was called a bot becuz i chat less , healed the tank, the whole tank and nothing but the tank in earlier trash pull, but clear all 3 boss with only me as casualty (dang Jaina farted when she lied on the ground and burnt mah lil' toon to death)

conclusions so far:

1. nice run, better mechanic design that burst user health down and force people to move a lot, compared to certain cata dungeons
2. retarded tank still exists, the tank from my 1st attempt was epix becuz he tried tanking without dps
3. troublesome rewind move... feels like watching 'endless eight' all over again
4. holy radiance has a nice initial aoe burst, but i missed the old insta-splinting-ninja-holy-pally

now if only TMNut would lag less, imma try and gear up and troll heal dungeons

Havent try the dungeon, hop on and straight away do guild DS raid. To be frank, I'm abit disappointed with the difficulty DS raid thus far... we one shot Morchok, 5 to 6 tries then down ping pong boss. Seeing my group is just a very very average group, I'm no surprise when I heard some guild down deathwing last night.....

I heard the new dungeons also not difficult, judging from my guild completed it several times last night.

Slimmy boss and hopefully, Hagara tonight.

I went in as DPS, only need dps gear... leave tank gears to tank, but they needed on MY gear!!!! mafakas... no more nice guy, i will need on everything.

and this is 10 tanks out of 10 that will do this.

That's why they implemented bonus roll based on your role. Wont solve the problem once and for all, but nevertheless a solution.

that sux cuz i still treat dps as MS and healing as OS, although i sux on dps and often stuck in heal post most of the time...

The bonus roll will take in effect based on the role you are on that time. They cant stop you from rolling it at all because they also need to consider people will want to get it for offspec in the future. And another thing to give more chance for you to get to roll your item, you can only get one loot PER BOSS PER WEEK which mean once you receive a loot from a boss, you auto pass all loots if you down the same boss again. So, you can farm raid like you used to farm dungeons LOL

i'm just gonna cap my honor points to 4000 and wait for the release of season 11 pvp, then it's farming conquest point all over again... damn!!! almost got my full ruthless and season ends

Bonus roll is only implemented on LFR lah....
LFD don't have this.

haven't got any new lewts on plates on drops (from new dungeon), last nite was a shirt for lock, leather for kitteh and 1 simple quest reward (which is a gun i forgot to take another quest ).

need to spend some time to understand the new heal mechanics, and respecc my current talent to betta support holy radiance.

imma pimp mah gears with haste, haste and more haste but will occasionally toss sides to crit.

But i raid as DPS, all tanks NEED on my DPS gear cos i have FL gear, therefore i don't need it argument.

i was accused of botting new dungeons when the tank do the average amateur tank stuff: stand on fire and move less to soak *ALL* damage while i was busy trying to keep warlock from dying (why the f**k their hp drain so fast, they cast their dps spells using their hp?!)

yeah, i hate healing locks.... it's like i'm giving them my mana.

for my feral druid... It lagged so much but i enjoyed ripping up faces. I hope our net will be back to normal before the new season starts... as I really want to aim for 2200 raiting seriously in 3's this time...

Dungeons were okay. I mean I went with Fireland gears and my group had Heroic Firelands gear. again it was a faceroll. It was harder with my paladin alt , as she is undergeared. Wiped couple of times. On my priest, no issues


The raid is pretty easy. Again if you have done heroic fireland , normal DS is pretty simple already as you have outgeared it. However the fourth boss , the toxic ping pong guy is a challenge. I went with a PUG today (normal) , it was pretty damn good. Managed to get him down to 20% but we wiped. It seems to be more forgiving on 25m as opposed to 10m. Again if your gear is average , DS should be doable on normal. If you are geared for FL heroics , pretty much its a faceroll

Agreed. My group is not even FL heroic geared except one imba priest and we cleared the first 4 bosses without much issue. My guesses are the first 4 bosses are meant to be farmed, due to the reason that tier set can only be obtained via bosses, not to mention only one token drop per boss. To gear the entire 10m group with 2p tier, you need 20 tokens, so ended up you need at least 5 weeks to give everyone 2p, and this calculation does not take into the consideration of "accident" happened such as the required class token is not drop etc etc. Compare to pre-4.3, you only need about 4k valor to get 2p and that's obtainable within 1 months, as long as you cap your valor week in week out.

Balancing the token competitiveness (I LOLed this as remembering saw some video mentioned 10 droods clearing FL) will be something to be thought of by RL in order to gear members up asap as Ultraxion is not walkover and served as gear check boss. And damn, why have I not thought of this before until now, need to check my group compo again.

Dragon Soul is faceroll in LFR. In normal difficulty, it's pretty easy if you've outgeared it, the first four bosses were easy, we pretty much one shotted, but the raid starts getting tougher from ultraxion onwards with occasional wipes.

Gonna do this soon.

Just clear 2 bosses in DS normal so far.

God i hate Gundrak already.

Use LFR lo, can easily get 4/8 and the achievement.

Just cleared 1 boss on normal with a pug without mic. The first boss is a joke. Second one a bit of problem , but I guess can easily do 4/8 in normal.

facepalm blizz for the ending...wotlk was much more epic..

Agreed.... second boss is no joke... takes a bit of effort.
first and 3rd boss can easily steamroll, followed by 4th boss with a slight bump in difficulty.
5th boss working on it lol.

guys i have a question, in LFR, i can only do the siege of wyrmrest temple, however after i done that, the notice is that the fall of deathwing is currently no available yet, is it my ilevel or what? because i complete siege of wyrmrest temple already.

Blizz dowan release it too early.... maybe tomorrow after maintenance.

Sucks unable to recruit more heals in my server.

2/8 on my alt (they needed tank on the 6th boss , the ship guy)

Basically my Guild's progression is 6/8. I've to tell you the 6th boss is pain in the ass , a lot of things are going along. As a tank , its pretty hard. The challenge starts after the 5th boss , the first four are easy

not about any 4.3 progression but more about the horrible experiences on 5 men

no item drop isn't the worst but:

1. afk dudes, they just stand there and do nothing but need whatever they want (then *poof*... gone)

2. warlocks, troll aoe in every fight

3. those tank with ilvl higher than 390 standing on bad stuff

i recently had nightmare when i sleep gotten blame when failing to heal peeps up...

blame streamyx la..dun blame them

I hate that Thrall is always afk in Hour of Twilight, and Illidan can't wait to pull everything in Well of Eternity.

I'm the other way round, those NPCs talk too much whether in dungeon/raid. Cant they let us have the choice to skip their conversation ?? It's boring to listen to them every time and need to wait 30 seconds before a fight start. I blame Illidan pull not fast enough, but at least he is the least talkative NPC, so I can forgive that

I do however dot everything up and drainlife becos 6-8 button refreshes are a waste of good tv time on 5 man

I had a 360 ilvl healer join the dungeon, i can tell you when i am tanking, he is like 6 secs OOM! Plus my gear is 382 ilvl and i blow all my CD's

ilvl360 geared healer isn't that bad in general, i started doing 5-mens with pre-raid jp/ fl vendor gears (that would put me with gears around 365-368) and the runs are short and fine most of the time... counting out TMNut lagz, emo-dude who ragequit/ afk/ Alt-F4 becuz 'OMG IT NEVA DROP!!!'/ 'Y U NINJA MY LEWT??', dude who liked to be Queen Azshara's b!tch or standing on bad stuffs.

dipping low on mana isn't an issue as long as the target (and those who previously ninja your stuff) is dead. i did encountered few similar situation especially mannoroth fight where int helm drop is a myth where shocking and FoL (with guardian dude) would be more viable during the felfire phase (yet i dunno why mages, and dead-kins like to stand in one spot and 'lololololololol i'm topping dps' MOST OF THE TIME).

tanks should blow some cds (note: NOT ALL!!!) from time to time (according to situations) to lessen healers burden. you know how painful it is when you need to deal with tanks and few dudes who just like to take damage while dodging from getting hit by bad stuffs?

I feel so sad for u man, i never had the issue of someone ninja'ing my items, most of the time i ran dungeon with couple of my guildmate and maybe 1 or 2 random ppls.

For me, Mammoroth drop the helm on me all the time, it never drop the god dam 2h Axe for me... and i am getting tired of grinding it.

In well of eternity, first boss, the healer didnt heal me in phase 2 where the eye's looking for player, i obviously take the eye's and healer didnt heal me, cause in that phase, healer need to heal me at least 80% of health, below then that, i will get 1 shot by boss. In that period, I popped all my CD's+trinket, therefore leaving me defend-less in that phase, i have no other choice to kick him.

I don't judge gear normally, but sometime when a resto shammy joins in, never put down tottem and using the most cheap spells mana available is bad, i am a tank, in some phase, i am going to take a lot of damage if ur keep using the cheapest heal mana available, then ur a baddie. Then Holy priest who using heal spells to heal me, its fine and all, but Holy priest is having a hard time keeping me up, i asked her to used 2x flash heal and then greater heals, she told me isn't that used a lot of mana, i said yes, but you need to keep us up, use ur shadowfiend+hymn of hope to regen mana, but she didn't used. She also got the desperate prayer, when she is low hp, she didn't used it. People needs to L2P their classes.

What ? Telstra is better but I've faced disconnections a lot. People go like are you crazy.

it's like whenever you tried to figure out a boss fight in youtube you'll find yourself with 99.999% of clips with loud, phunky music clips (description written in comic sans ), few actual ones with raid chat (like ones that prasys posted) and few descriptive raid strat guides (like t*nkspot).

whenever i click on t*nkspot i find myself clicking those old strat guides where the explanation is done by aliena (instead of cinderhelm or lore's... althou afro looks nice on him) and went into starring-blankly-on-monitor phase every time during werking hours.

Wipe on 3% on Ultraxion. =(

Attempting 10NM ?? Dont worry... you will down it eventually. My group got it to 2% last week and down it few days back.

tankspot guides are so so but at least there's aliena's soft sweet tone, and it's way better than those guides with loud funky musics but explain nuthing

i discovered i burnt over 10k jp from the start of 4.3 till now. gotten 1 neck, 3 jp set gears, 3 stacks of ores and 4 of 6 s11 normal pieces by converting jp to honor. vp aren't used but would be converting those to cp for gears (cuz getting trained by mage/ rogues/ arms/ prots/ affliction/ shadow/ dick almost every time in arena ain't phun at all)

Anyway downed Ultraxion today or whatever his name is. I tell you , its bloody intense with 2 healers (myself and a druid). I'll post some tips for those who are having issues (if anyone wants to know my POV)

Personally I like the explaination for raid strats in icy veins, the got it to the most basic details as possible.
