1st, nobody owes you a reply immediately. 2nd, you may want to up your budget for wider choice and thus speedier reply.

i think he is quite inexperienced in asking these questions, cause his question is relatively blurry described

ATH-M50 or ATH-A700, which one would be a better choice in terms of quality and durability?

Help me out here. Budget around Rm500-700.
*
both are quite good, it's down to which is more of your liking, both different characteristics

I like both, sadly can only choose one.

My only concern for the A700 are the earpads. They look like the ones which can easily tear/flake/strip off.

While the earpads of the M50 looks some what like the pads on my Roccat Kave now, which i like.

But still ive got to make a decision between the two, unless people can suggest other models within the budget.

well i have limited knowledge on headphones and their brands, but from what i had in the past, u can try sennheiser or beyerdynamic, and if u like aggressive forwards, grado or alessandro

hello guys.. I'm looking for IEM earphones. I listen almost all sorts of type music but i guess I wanted to buy a earphones that is mainly base on punchful bass but not overpowered , great clearity on voice/sounding , able to perform sounding & voice very detail for the price of RM180-rm250 earphones.

Purpose is to use for exercising/jogging.
Genre music: House(mostly), r&b, jazz

Please recommend me some as I've running out of idea.  cry.gif  Thanks.

Thank you for the recommendation now a bit lean on the dt770 pro after looking at some reviews and users' comment... lol. Another question, any amp you can recommend for this? Also I saw Jaben got Christmas sales for dt880pro together with and iem and an amp (not sure still have stock or not but will ask later), is it a better choice if I can stretch a bit on my budget?  icon_question.gif
*
well, bundles are cheaper than buying each one individually, and for amp, we got a sub thread for it

QUOTE(hongrui @ Jan 12 2012, 12:38 PM)
any particular reason why you like BA?

judging from your music genre, the music you listen to tends to require a fair bit of bass.

I would recommend DUNU Hephades over Ares, but Hephades is a dynamic. if you prefer BA, then DUNU Ares.
*
some people just assume BA is better than dynamic cause it sounds cooler, not technically based
