What do you think of the ear pads? Thats my main issue between the two now.

I would like to ask for suggestion here. I've been thinking to buy either Shure SRH840 or 940, but still not decide yet. Is it better to buy 840 and use the extra money to buy an amp, or 940 worth at that price? Is the 840 consider an upgrade from my ATH AD700? Also is there any other headphone to suggest me that is close.

currently looking at A Jays One+ as i can use it for my phone as well.
i listen to all sort of music from instrumental to pop

used to own AL IM716 and Hippo Shroom EB but that was years ago.
never keep track of IEM development and today's hugeeeeeee variety of choices gave me a big headache. tested more than a dozen of IEM within RM200 from jaben last week but none really came out shining.

I'm currently using a pair of BA IEM, Feels Pro900, and I like the sound of it. So I decided to get another pair of BA IEM
Oh, and I didn't use a proper pair of Dynamic driver IEM before, so I don't know how it sounds like compare to BA.
Pro900 is my first proper IEM, before this I'm just using stock earphones.

I used to listen to beautiful songs with my Head direct RE0 but now I can't anymore because one of the ear bud is missing.

I was using the double layer one, the single layer ones would fit too deep into my ear and it hurts.

So I would like to replace the ear buds, anybody know where I can source a spare? Or suggest a better ear bud
