Yes based on magnet field. For sure it will spoil the compass function if use magnet case for long time on the phone. However its subjective, on the location of the magnet and strength. I would personally avoid.

lol..sure its GPS...by google...but internet connected...so far not yet able to use offline maps cache

Don't think magnet makes a big prob... Ipad2 smart cover also magnet what hmm.gif
Besides that, the casing won't be using very strong magnet. If you say something like N48/N52 neodymium magnet will spoil your phone then i believe.
Just my thoughts, no specific reference.
Btw, speaker drives in our phone all magnets also mah... Will it affect the compass? Don't think so tongue.gif tongue.gif

go to UPTOWN Kota Damansara.. lot of selection there ... and more cheaper ... est price rm10-rm20 ..
( now i got 3 SGW covers already )

yola .. before this search everywhere no shop sells SGW casing .. they all said '' barang baru maa.. talak stok lagi sampai '' so when i found an area (UPTOWN KOTADAM) sells SGW casing and lot of kind SP .. what to do borong la ..
anyway cheap maaa .... Jelly Case is rm15 .. Hard Case like ROCK also rm15 .. u tell me is it a good deal or not .. huhu...

I never bought case for phone be4, so for me that's exp. lolz.
somemore I dont know what casing is good. ==

perharps plastic rubber case? wan absorb shock if fall. lolz
