Well, nothing is perfect.

I think the first few generation fared better because of more stringent QC. With the heated competition amongst Android phone manufacturers, someone will start taking shortcut and the other will follow.

I think they found a better way to set the QC level nowadays. Release it to the market and let consumer decide for themselves whether a replacement is needed. They must have realized that they are saving much more this way compared to their own stringent QC checks.

Somemore the picture was taken with very long shutter speed of 15s... I wonder how it looks like in real life... Maybe some video?

Depending on your area, I personally think Umobile is a poor choice. I am using their RM28 prepaid mobile data option, and the Galaxy Nexus I'm using, either by the fault of their mobile network, or the fault of the phone itself, have a hard time auto-switching between Umobile's 2G network and their 3G line. On my Galaxy Nexus, often I had to manually switch between their "UMobile" which is their 3G line and "UMobile 2G". Often when the phone latches on to the "UMobile 2G" line, it does not auto-switch to "UMobile" 3G connection, I had to do a manual switch by letting the phone look for the network and register for it.

Thank God this is a test run, I'm switching to something else after the credits on this UMobile prepaid card runs out.
I think UM dont have 2G network. All borrowed from Celcom... I think thats the reason why switching is damn slow... almost had to do it manually each time.
