Still doesn't explain the reason why Samsung not bringing in their own official accessories in, in case of the Note for example. In the case of the Nexus, there aren't any at all. I guess Samsung don't think Nexus owners wanna accessorize. If not a case, at least the same pouch they made for their Galaxy lineup.

MULTI MEDIA GNex 7 GNote 10 - GNote has the SD Card option with the most satisfying Large Screen Size and Can Play Almost All Video Formats (through third party apps)

PICTURE GNex 6 GNote 9 - GNex has very almost no delay for Camera but on qualitywise, it losses in terms of Quality for both Picture and Video Capture

COMPATIBILITY GNex 5 GNote 9 - ICS is still considered as a new OS and most of my current apps are not working at all with it

BATTERY GNex 6 GNote 7 - This might be a bias review as I own the GNex for less than a day, but its battery had reached 80% of usage from 9am-8pm with normal usage of Sych, E-Mail and Web Surfing. While my GNote can hold its battery for almost a day of usage.

PORTABILITY GNex 10 GNote 6 - It will a pain in the ass to carry the GNote in a tight jeans and even for normal pants, I have to take it out from my pocket before sitting down
USABILITY GNex 10 GNote 7 - I do not encounter any lag at all testing the interface and application in GNex, compared with slight lag at GNote. I can assure u that the experience is as good as iOS and I believe this is the strength of this new Android OS.

FEATURES GNex 10 GNote 8 - GNex have almost all the new technology that are available today including NFC and IMHO, it encourages us to adopt the Cloud Technology especially for the Sync Function. Note: It has led function for Message Reminder too

GENERAL GNex 8 GNote 10 - Everything seems available in the GNote such like Calendar and To-do widget without having to download from Android Market

I will not comment in terms of the Look as Both are comparable for me. Lastly, Please dont flame and I might be wrong on certain points as this is based on my less than aday experience for GNex and about 2 weeks exp with the GNote.

For me , it's practically everything I had on my Note I can run it on the GNex. I did not install any launcher or launcher themes, coz I wanna keep the GNex look.

Titanium Backup works, ROM Manager works. CWM works. Root Explorer works. Alternative browsers works. Games are the ones probably with less compatibility, but the important ones I have in my account like Shadowgun, Riptide 3D, Samurai 2: Vengeance and so forth works.

You can install LightFlow to control your LED notification, customize LED color accordingly, also the frequency of the LED flashing. Very useful IMO

really impressive battery life you got there. Regardless if you browse the web often or not, 20+ hours of battery life is impressive.

The Galaxy NEXUS has arrived...unofficially

I got my Galaxy Nexus today. It is one heck of a sexy looking device and it feels comfortable in your hand with just the right weight.

And the plastic does not feel cheap at all.

And the shop is a famous shop in SS15 Subang Jaya with 2 big Samsung signboards.

The ICS update from Samsung for the S2 (and other non-Nexus branded handsets) will most probably be a skinned version, not pure ICS, just like what Samsung and almost all the other manufacturers do with their interfaces. Note: When I say "skinned", I actually mean "bastardized". Currently, only Nexus branded phones give the "pure" Android environment (not including custom ROMs).

Secondly, we're not quite sure how ICS will work on handsets liek the S2, Note, Razr and others..... All these phones still have a physical Home button (Nexus does not, it's programmed into the screen already), so we're not sure how this will work out on ICS. Will there be 2 Home buttons, or will the touchscreen on these phones not show the Home button, or will the physical home button be used for some other function.....

Slightly off-topic:
I've been playing with a friend's Nokia N9 handset for much of today. Gotta say it's one hell of a sexy beast. The Meego interface is also very, very intuitive, far more sensible than iOS or Android (not including ICS cos I haven't tried that yet). It's also pure Linux, with full POSIX compliance and all that (unlike Android), which meant I could download stuff from Debian's repositories. Was also damn easy to root (in teh "Settings" option") ....Imagine running Vim with Latex plugins on a phone... heh!! It's a shame Nokia abandoned Meego and went for WinPhone7 instead (stupid CEO). I really feel Meego + Nokia would have given Google and Apple much needed competition if marketed right, plus would give us consumers another choice. Shame, really. =(
