The 2 spare string is meant for chest rig hugger to be put on other type of vest like Ciras or any vest that allows the strap to stick on velcro.

No manual or instruction any kind.Usually we just refer to prototype pics for clues.With enough experience or money,you'll get to know by instinct what goes where later on.

Hope this is not a factor to be put off from military fig.

issit me only that wonder why most HT figures HS eyes are looking slightly upwards? Or the HS is meant to be posed head tilted down?

i not buy this 2 together. and the invoice just shown japanese yen and didnt shown shipping amount.
and last week i just bought a figure from HK cost around rm5xx

There's no proper tutorial per say,just some pic guide.Ben usually post a detail on parts breakdown on the figure design.At times he just post some pointers on putting new gear.

I Usually go to the website and first study the pictures and see where does each parts go. Then start assemble and enjoy.

On XL, they are good people as I know. It's just that in a day so many people goes in you can't expect them to have pleasant service unless they know you. Couple of times I hear them grumble of certain patrons. There are shoplifters too. So I think it's quite tiring.Having said that William always smiling one.
