About humidity issue, do afs or any non-desert scorpions die easily when they molt? I mean how much actual humidity these guys need? I've seen ppl who keep their scorps in very moist conditions (more like wet already) and others quite dry their peat moss.

what scorpions are medium sized when it reaches maturity (5 - 10 cm) excluding afs and aes? So far ppl have been telling me all the cool sp (mostly from the buthidae family) only grow to 50 sen coin size which is kinda small. I've read certain sites which tell me otherwise...so which is true?

actually how do u all use forceps/tweezers to pick up your scorps when their small?
They seem so fragile...almost felt like their tail/limbs could break off any moment. Any tips from the experienced ppl?

Pandinus cavimanus ???
got other name of it ?
is is dangerous ???

i think it's called the Cave Claw Scorpion. It's like an emperor scorpion but with redish claws. All scorpions are dangerous. Lol. But for this one the danger level is similar to AFS i think.

Only the scorps that are in the buthidae family are considered really dangerous. They should not be handled at all. P. cavimanus is from the scorpionidae family which is the same as H. Spinifer and P. Imperator too. smile.gif

Btw, balthasar..ur exilicauda how big wor?
