this is correct.Btw this and MCT, if die die must get into Dengkil, I will pick the latter...
this Natura height only 20acres....and surely will be surrounded by other existing structures or future unknown development.
also capital appreciation might be limited because of its size of this project.
MCT with 5 times bigger, probably can create a small enclave and address on its own....and price push factor as well.
