asked TS a question about postpaid plans and porting of no to U, however i was too anxious (my bad ) to port my no, hence i went to Umobile BTS customer service and perform no porting there

not being made aware of this, TS replied my questions promptly and even welcomed me onboard to the U social. seriously, i would recommend TS's service to anyone who wanted hassle free, top notch service. there's not a lot of courteous provider like digilife in this forum. keep up the good work, dude!

ported sucessfully to umobile in less than 4 business working days. yay!
