Been hearing good feedback on your service.
Before I make the jump, would you mind provide some insights about UMobile's voicemail service although deactivated, caller is charged if the call is unanswered or the phone is off.
Is it possible to deactivate voicemail service in UMobile and caller will not be charged in the situation above?
If YES, can you do it (and tell your price) OR provide a guide.

Second test I did was to call my u mobile no which was turned off, my hotlink got charged instantly upon hearing a beep sound.
