Hi, digilife.. If I port out from principal line dy.. And I take postpaid plan.. Do I still able to mnp to other network after the cooling period?

Sry,pls let me clarify again.. I was on supplementary line in maxis.. And I have jz separated with the principal ac and take postpaid..

Do I need to wait the cooling period before porting?
As u have suggested to me to get prepaid first and wait for 6mths cooling period.
