MNP to TuneTalk requires your ic as a document. You can download the UM form from post#1 , i just need the info from the  form to key into the system( TT Mnp is different as we key in the info ourselves), they only require your ic, with the words " For MNP to TuneTalk Only" crossed across the ic as a binding document.

Pls also state clearly the address you wan me to post the simcard if its different from your ic.

You only need to pay me rm5(simcard)+rm3(posekspress)+rm30(first ereload)= rm38

No hidden charges. smile.gif

However due to the current holiday season, the postage might reach you a bit late, hence, if you wan me to put in the MNP , pls standby another number incase the Celcom gets deactivated before u receive the simcard.

Thank You

Hi, Thanks for your reply,

I though the RM5 (Simcard) is pre-reloaded, means included the RM5 balance credit. unsure.gif

If like that never mind la, this is because the simcard only RM5 (no balance credit) not value at all.. shakehead.gif

Hi, Sorry late to reply.

I have asked the Tunetalk Customer service about the MNP to Tunetalk network. It's really confusing me~ rclxub.gif

The operator (Lita) said that you have 2 options, RM5 or RM8. If I choose 1st options RM5, I will get RM2 credit including simcard, means that RM3 for simcard cost and RM2 pre-loaded balance credit. Another if I choose 2nd options RM8, I will get RM4 balance credit including simcard, means that RM4 for simcard cost and RM4 for pre-loaded balance credit.

You may see the following screenshot picture when I asked questions about the MNP process. So is you sure that RM5 including the simcard and pre-loaded RM5 balance credit, means that RM5 pre-loaded balance credit, simcard FREE? It's really make me blur and confusing. rclxub.gif

Lita is correct, i was wrong as all the while i was referring to the simcard of Umobile which have a preloaded credit of rm5.

What Lita told you was correct, Rm2 and Rm4 for both TuneTalk simcards.

Sorry to have mislead you, my sincere apologies. icon_rolleyes.gif

Hi, Thanks for your reply.

It makes me disappointed about the charges for tunetalk simcard and less credit balance compare to u-mobile for MNP process. Never mind, let me consider 1st whether I want to switch which network. Currently the u-mobile no coverage at west malaysia there. blush.gif Otherwise, I will confirm help me to do the MNP to u-mobile. nod.gif

Thanks for your info~ notworthy.gif

Just follow post #1, the steps are there

Latest news i just received a while ago

Please take note on our latest MNP program!

1. Free MNP sim to customer when switch to U Mobile.
2. New MNP sim inside only got RM0.50.
3. Top-up minimum Rm30 and above will get 15% bonus to customer credit balance.
4. 6 month continues bonus payout from the day u switch and maximum bonus is Rm15/month.

For those who have paid me the rm5.00 for simcard, i will reimburse you via E reload, meaning you will get rm35 instead of rm30 (prepaid)

For postpaid, the rm5.00 will be credited back into your account and it will be reflected in your next Bill.

What you mean inside only got RM0.50? You means credit balance inside only RM0.50?

I wanna to switch from Celcom to U Mobile~ SERIOUSLY~ cool2.gif

So how much I should bank in you? Can I top up minimum RM10? My locations at Sarawak there~ What document should I need to give you?

A topup of rm30 qualifies you for 90days active validity, and 30days of free calls to all Umobile numbers, subjected to 60mins daily from 00.01~18.59.

You only need to bank in to me rm5(pos ekspress) + rm30( first topup ) = rm35.00

The simcard comes preloaded with 0.50cents for you to sms  and free calls @ 18cents/min , but we still have to "buy" if from Umobile and UM will only reimburse back to us the next month after the MNP activation. Hope you understands our situation, we are actually "paying on behalf you first"  icon_idea.gif

Thanks

Hi, Thanks for your reply.

I saw your 1st page, it mentions the post ekspress fee is RM3. But why become RM5 for post ekspress?

I decide to perform the MNP to U Mobile on next Monday (08/10/12). So means if let say you help me activate on that time, how many days it will success and I will join to the U Mobile network?

Last Mon, i send in a few porting request and  by Thu most of them  are activated into Umobile.

I cant promise when yours will be activated, but it should be within that  time frame if all your details are in proper order

Lol~ sweat.gif So I bank in RM33 including U Mobile NEW SimCard + RM30 top-up + Pos Ekspress to Sarawak, right? The RM30 top-up got any discount, at least can discount 2% for top-up RM30, right?

So I need to fill the U Mobile MNP form and photocopy IC and then submit to you, is it? PM me your bank detail, FULL name, email address as well as your mobile number contact. I will text you in mobile num in case you offline in here, and easily inform you~

Thanks a lot for your wonderful service. smile.gif

I submit the form on 8/10, so processing within max 5 working days, the U mobile line JUST activated. nod.gif

He keep advised me wait until the current service provider no signal or sim card registrations failed, then can put new U sim card.

Good job, man~ biggrin.gif

Product ranking 4 (FULL 5 stars) - He take a photo in PM there about the postexpress code and U mobile simcard
Service ranking 4.2 (FULL 5 stars) - He keep advised me NOT to put U sim card until the current service provider sim card registrations fail or no signal coverage. Once I text to him about U network activated and directly top-up my phone, just only a few sec I receive the top-up amount~

Average ranking 4.5 (FULL 5 stars). rclxms.gif - I nearly want to make inquiry to U Mobile customer service as processing very slow, other people take around 2 or 3 days DONE. However, this is not your fault la~ sweat.gif

Welcome to U

Your MNP was the fastest in recent weeks  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif
To roam in Brunei, is considered International Roaming.

If you or anyone one who intends to use Umobile for International Roaming, except Singapore, i am afraid either you choose U Postpaid (Deposit Required ) or try other telcos.

Umobile Prepaid cannot Roam on other countries.

Regarding your case, i would advice you to re-MNP to XOX.

I am sorry that Umobile have caused you some inconvenience when you were in Brunei. If you have asked me abt Brunei, i would have told you not to MNP to Umobile.

This also happened to one user which went to Australia ( to further studies ) after MNP. Anyway, I helped him to re MNP to DiGi and even posted him his simcard (DiGi) to him in Australia too.  smile.gif

Thanks for your reply.

It is quite annoying to re-MNP to other telec again and I need to backup my contact book inside the SIM Card. And it need to charge the postekpress cost if u send me the SIM card. Unless you help me paid off the postage cost la~ sweat.gif

I have been make a research for XOX before, it roam with celcom 2G and 3G, right? But the call rate quite cheaper a bit than DiGI, Maxis and Celcom nod.gif , but still cannot fight back the call rate with U mobile. blush.gif

But are you sure it can roam other country except Brunei? The XOX website does not show the International Roaming call/sms rate. The XOX network coverage good in Peninsular Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and so on) or not? I found most people don't even know the XOX telec in Peninsular Malaysia there..

Suggestions: I wish I can MNP to GOOD telec coverage include roam other country as well as BEST CHEAPEST Call/SMS and Mobile Internet rate (Planning to get smartphone on future time rolleyes.gif) in Malaysia. And also I want the LONGEST active validity period without keep me top-up and top-up every time as I not very "hebat" to used up my credit balance.

Did you any idea or suggestion mnp to which telec?

Hope can U Mobile company launch the International Roaming for prepaid user. I look too high for this telec just now, very disappointed~ doh.gif

XOX gives you 28mths active validity + rm18/mth for 500MB of Mobile Internet which is Great for social apps. like FB,Twitter,Whatsapp,WeChat............

icon_idea.gif

Haha.. But I not everyday using the Mobile Internet. 1 month maybe only 2 or 3 days using Mobile Internet, coz basically my office and home there got Wi-Fi. For me XOX, it is very attractive for 28 months validity (Hop On) plus the new call and sms plan has been cheaper a bit compare the previous XOX prepaid plan.

Will be consider to port in XOX for my another U Mobile number, just for call and sms purposes. Another is available for roaming nod.gif , not like U Mobile prepaid don't have (Except Singapore) shakehead.gif
