21 acres is the forest, 42 acres is the size of the whole development.

Development is built only on class 1 and 2 slopes.

I got some pictures of the 1610sq feet unit....I booked one unit, as I really like the whole concept and hope it will turn out great.

Only drawback for the large unit is that the kitchen is very small! Master bathroom is heavenly... And all kitchen cabinets and bathroom fittings are included.

I got my loan approved from MBB a few days ago, going to collect the letter shortly!

I signed mine last weekend. The schedule of maintenance fees is there, but it is all blank. According to solicitor, it is rare that the full details will be filled out, and usually will be determined once the development is completed. She said sometimes people see that the schedule is blank, and refuse to sign the DMC, haha.

So, the 0.25 cents is what is promised by developer and it is not in black and white. Hopefully it will be maintained and not jacked up....

I will be staying...
