i would say ignore all these new developments. Most of it is just hot air with no sustainability. Only a few are really good investments. I would suggest more focus on older developments.

Read somewhere that the piling work started end of last year. To complete in about half a year for piling of 4 blocks close to 40 storey high is amazing from my limited knowledge. Or is it piling for Block A only as mine for Block B has not receive any progress billing...

Any engineers can share their comment?

If this is the case, then the completion actually can be shorter than 3.5 years rclxms.gif
Yes 6 months for piling works is achievable. It all depends on the type of piles, number of piling points, penetration depth, soil conditions and effective number of piling rigs the contractor is willing to deploy.

I went to show room this afternoon,  101 units sold, around 4x.xx% sold,  1 more news, few panel bank already withdraw panel like S.C,  UOB etc. ..because blok C psf from $530 and some bank only value up to $500 psf only.  Only local banks can give this value. .... how yours ideal. ..?!
1) Why only 40+% sold?
2) I thought its from 600 psf?
3) What are the best locations for this condo? Which level? Any obstructions? Drawbacks?

I can't help but to agree with you, what you've said totally made sense.  I made a booking for DF in Block C but went back to cancel the booking yesterday, reckon losing RM600 is better than being stuck with an over valued property even if it was for own stay.  I was still doubting my decision until i read your post, so thank you for offering your opinions.
What makes you think DF is over-priced? Just asking for your opinion and info
