Price looks ok, location super, only RM10k downpayment, very nice landscape and concept forest almost like Bukit Tinggi, when i went 1pm only few cheaper units avalaible also facing 2nd phase, after that also taken up..

Really itchy wanted to buy, but i recently bought landed subsale at shah alam and also condo at Pucong for investment, going to be 3rd property, so dunno how the 3rd property rule works here, also scared gearing too high, what if after 3 years market down or interest rates up...

Haha, yalor. Impossible developer willing to take such risk and take own money to build first.

If can wait until completion only apply loan, i would be very busy shopping ... LOL!

U Mean, for Foresta, the balance 10% have to settle at the end of construcion? Or the developer bear all?? Seems confusing

I wonder how much higher the prices can go if bought at Rm800-900k now...and who will be able to afford, and with so many units completed at same time...

Despite what those scientist said, human lifespan is getting shorter by the day, due to declining moral values....if you dont believe, just a few decades ago, common to see reaching 120.. Than 110, 100, 90, 80, 70 and now 60...so, dont be too greedy, and learn to be contented..i see people 60-65 still snapping up properties for flipping

Dont always believe what the gomen tell u, read the daily papers and some heat attack 35-45...Hahaha, the bank is smarter than u think, of course they will try to extend the longest tenure in order to make u qualify for the loan, salary didnt went up mu h but property prices do, later u will see next generation loans trust me

Rm827k, i wonder anybody realized that if buying for own stay and pay until end of tenure, may incur interest payable of approx the same loan amount? THAT means nearly doubled the purchase price, to Rm1.6m....and this is assuming BlR stays the same throughout the entire loan tenure!! And for flipping, how high can it go?? With so many units....who can afford if go up to RM 1 million?? This is super high risk purchase for those without very strong holding power, especially in times of downturns

Really, exercise caution in today's markets...from the look of it, many agents of even developer staff trolling here, with their own vested interests..dont believe everything u read
