Hi - been looking for a place for own stay. Saw this and started reading the tread. Seems like a good location and psf is not too bad (Average Price per sqft : 550 psf - 610 psf). Any persons just bought over the last few months. Comments/advice? Also, which units might be best to look to purchase.

Went to the location to see it last night (before my visit to the showroom this weekend to meet the agent). Wasn't that far from the toll and surrounding area was very good in my opinion. Houses below the road going up seems like good residences. Any ideas if they would light up the road going up to Foresta?.. its a nice laid back road but could be dangerous/scary in todays malaysian high crime rate times.

Does anyone here think that due to the amount of units, it will be quite congested with people? 4 blocks for phase 1 sharing common facilities.

Just got a unit in Damansara Foresta . Now to track the progress of the development!
