Just got my unit today. I dont think CIMB has pulled out as there were a few there offering their products to me. 3 CIMB and 2 Maybank consultants were there earlier this morning. Didnt see anyone from HSBC there though this morninng.

Took the 1610 sf corner unit high floor. South east facing pool and forest. Own stay, not for flipping. Didnt really like block A and B unit locations. Waited for D to launch and im glad i managed to get the unit i was waiting for

Can anything be constructed on the higher ground above where the proposed park will be ?

I guess he is looking for the same price as what the original buyers of block A and B bought theirs for.

From what I was told by their sales rep its level 21 and above.

Got some details regarding the tender of the construction of 4 blocks of phase 1. 2 blocks are being done by a local contractor and the balance 2 is being done by a China based contractor.

Quality of work of the Chinese contractor isn't satisfactory and supposedly trailing the local contractor by nearly 40%. Cost cutting measures I guess

Foundation design for phase 2 has already commenced just recently but foundation seems to be more complicated compared to phase 1.
