You get 42 acres now. After completion few years later need to return 21 acres back to government. 42acres-21acres= left 21acres.

and that 21 arce will open for all to public again after MPPJ handle it.

Just concern the crime rate at the forest park. when it become a public place. with many trees around they can easily hide themselves. the environment create very dodgy place for them. not same as Desa Park City lake park. hardly have big tree. almost nothing blocking the sight of the park. they hardly can hide at the lake park. hope the authority can strengthen the security there. don't repeat the tragedy happen at Gasing park recently.

for first few years YES. after few years NO. MPPJ will take back and open it for public.
if give to developer the 21 arce will turn out another 10 blocks of high-rise there.

if foresta forever keep the forest park. the cost of maintenance will be tooooo high to absorb.
but that not going to happen. developer already make a deal with MPPJ. MPPJ sure will take back after the contract end.

1 park 1 forest how to compare.... if you compare location within 3-4 years foresta win! after 4 years im not sure.

manmade garden park (hopefully all trees grow big enough slowly upgrade to manmade forest park)
vs
manmade park or forest park + 21 arces semi-natural or natural forest park beside foresta (soon to become public access forest park).

So many selling points on the foresta Common area. sound like foresta win also. wait and see until 11 or 14 blocks all stood up after 8-9 years.

Damansara Foresta (DF) - the 1st 2012 sale property sale gallery launch that we visited last weekend.
The public are in BBB (Buy Buy Buy) mode...

The whole master plan are total 14 blocks of condominiums and about 2,800 units if im not wrong. Currently there's only 2 block are being release for sale...

Foresta Total units 2800 units over 21 acres only. the other 21 need to return back and it not within the foresta compound.
