House rule will only produce when vp.....anyhow, the facilities is common property, so we could always request the mgt to adjust it

2nd phase was named royal domain and 3rd phase named royal regent where 1st phase just Sri putramas ....so some ppl just call it royal Kuching .....just to relate it in funny way. These location was along jalan Kuching.

August sales in jb will be flooded by china Chinese once country garden in action.... Quite a scary scenario.....especially for local developer to compete with china's giant
